Seven-Day At-Home Workout Plan

These are exciting resources that Young Living created for their Make a Move Challenge. They made a “Home Work Out 7-Day Plan” and a !! We are adding these to one of our 5-Minute Quickies.

  • You may not be able to do all the exercise. THAT IS OK!!

  • You may need to modify one or more of the exercises. THAT IS OK!!!

I still do wall pushups, because I can’t do them on the floor yet. YOU DO YOU BOO!!!!

The goal is to do as many as you can and don’t get discouraged if you can’t do them, just do your best. Because NEXT week, you will be able to do more!! That is how building muscle works.
